vices from design to construction administration. The facility is a 350,000 square foot new building. The building includes a 300,000 square foot warehouse with specialty support spaces, and approximately 50,000 square feet of office space. The office space included a data center, training rooms and several other support spaces.

Project Description:

This project included the complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and IT Engineering services from design to construction administration. The facility is a 104,000 square foot new building. The building space includes 25,000 square foot retail space, 15,000 square foot Machine Shop, 40,000 square feet of assembly space with 24,000 square feet of office/support space. The office space includes a Data Center, High End Conference Rooms, Work-out Training Facility and Specialty spaces related to filming of the show. Will be applying and submitting for LEED certification.

Project Description:

This project consisted of the complete renovation of the Data Centerincluding UPS Design, HVAC Design and space planning. The project also included replacement of several A/C units.

Project Description:

This project added a mezzanine level in an existing double height space and converted the entire area into a conference center with six conference rooms and several “Huddle” Spaces.
